Journeying through Holy Week

First published on: 3rd April 2020

As with everything at the moment our journey through Holy Week to Easter is not as originally anticipated. But we are working to sustain our spiritual life as together we pray, read and learn to be disciples at this time.

Holy Week and Easter online

  • Bishop Beverley has recorded some reflections on the Stations of the Cross
  • We are replacing the Chrism Eucharist with a service of the word with Renewal of Commitment to Ministry
  • We have an ecumenical video showing with reflections that would have happened at Liverpool's Walk of Witness on Holy Saturday
  • The Dean will lead a recorded service for Easter, Bishop Paul will preach

All these will appear on this page and we will promote through our social media.

Supporting the local church

Our aim is to provide resources that complement what you are doing locally or to provide resources for those who struggle at this time. We also encourage you to use the national resources if that helps.
