Pioneering Priest (Interim) – Up Holland Team and Dalton St Michael
The churches in the Up Holland Team and Dalton St Michael and All Angels have been working together to find ways to reach the unchurched and de-churched in parts of the East and South of Skelmersdale. Led by The Revd Paul Lock they are coming together as a single Benefice and are looking for a gifted pioneer priest – initially for three years – to lead them in that work.

Skelmersdale is a 1960’s new town development in West Lancashire. As a result it faces many of the challenges of these communities with a great deal of economic and social deprivation. The priest will have the use of a 1982 built house located in Dalton.
