We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:
  • Is an outstanding classroom practitioner across the primary phase who can be a role model for all staff;
  • Is able to work closely with the Headteacher and wider school leadership to inspire, challenge; and motivate all members of the school community;
  • Has wide experience of curriculum leadership in a number of areas;
  • Is able to lead the school in a Core Subject area;
  • Is committed to promoting the distinctive Christian ethos of the school;
  • Is able to work under pressure, with their own initiative and through delegated responsibilities
  • Holds themselves to the highest professional standards;
  • Is committed to the inclusion of all children, regardless of ability or background.
